Hey everybody! Rat King here, the creator of “The Shelly Project”.

Breaking character here for a little shoutout to my wonderful wife, Ashton! I would have never been able to complete this project without her, so she deserves tons of love. She’s a hard-working woman who’s been cooking her ass off for us to stay afloat, and I’m honored to represent her here in this project.

As I write this, we’re enjoying some drinks at Jaybird’s Tavern in Roanoke, VA, while watching Superbowl LX (for the record, rooted for Seahawks). She’s not a football fan, but she’s here because she knows I like hanging around town, and that’s true love if there’s ever any. I’m lucky to have a partner like her in moments like this, and especially with crazy ideas like Shelly stirring around in my mind.
